Toronto, ON – 2008-07-10 – XPI, a leading provider of online solutions for corporate disclosure information, today announced the appointment of Peter Kaju to the position of Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately. Kaju will create the financial infrastructure, reporting, and controls required to support the rapidly growing company.

Kaju comes to XPI with over 20 years of experience in senior financial roles in both private and public-company settings. Most recently he was the CFO of Embanet ULC, a leading eLearning company that provides fully online degree programs to some of the top educational institutions in North America. He has also held a number of senior financial roles with companies such as Warner Lambert Pfizer, Roche, Bell Information Systems, C5 Group Inc., Webcom and KPMG. From 1999 to 2002, Peter served as CFO for Nucontex Corporation, where he played an instrumental role in taking the company public on the TSX Venture Exchange.
Kaju holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto. He is also a Certified General Accountant (CGA), and a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).
