Management Team

Stephane brings over 15 years of entrepreneurial experience, leadership capabilities, technical innovation, and a track record of success to his role as President and CEO of XPI. He founded the company in 2002 to meet the market demand for a comprehensive and reliable disclosure solution. Under Stephane's leadership, the company has grown to fill this market void, and now provides disclosure solutions to over 400 clients serving more than 15,000 professional users. Stephane is well known and respected among his peers for bringing energy and passion to his professional endeavours.

Prior to founding XPI, Stephane served as President and CEO of IR Gateway, a provider of online, investor communication solutions, where he was responsible for the operations and strategy of the company. Stephane drove IR Gateways's strategy and vision forward resulting in the company's listing on the TSX Venture Exchange. Prior to launching IR Gateway, Stephane was President and CEO of Marketline Communications.

Stephane earned an Honours Business Administration degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business in London, Ontario and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Western Ontario.

Peter has over 20 years of experience in senior financial roles in both private and public-company settings, overseeing all aspects of finance and other corporate functions. Throughout his career, Peter has actively guided companies to reach their fullest potential in the marketplace, while increasing shareholder value.

Prior to joining XPI, Peter was the CFO of Embanet, a leading eLearning company, where he was responsible for setting up the financial infrastructure required to support the rapidly growing company. Peter played a pivotal role in the sale of the company in June 2007 to two Silicon Valley venture capital firms. Peter has also held a number of senior financial roles with companies such as Warner Lambert Pfizer, Roche, Bell Information Systems, C5 Group Inc., Webcom and KPMG. From 1999 to 2002, Peter served as CFO for IR Gateway Corporation, where he played an instrumental role in the company's listing on the TSX Venture Exchange. Peter is on the Board of Directors of Invest in Kids.

Peter holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto. He is also a Certified General Accountant (CGA), and a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).

Mo has more than a decade of experience designing, managing, and delivering leading-edge technology software projects. Mo oversees XPI's team of software engineers, providing leadership, expertise, and innovative approaches to product development to ensure an enhanced user experience for clients. He is considered an expert in software and enterprise architecture, data modeling, and software development, and is particularly adept in .NET framework.

Prior to joining XPI, Mo served as Managing Partner and Software Architect at Indellient Inc., a provider of custom software development and application migration solutions. Here he developed technology strategies in concert with clients, and designed and implemented enterprise applications. Mo managed teams consisting of business consultants, software developers, testers, technical writers, electrical engineers, and database administrators in order to ensure a successful project outcome. Mo also held the position of Software Architect at IKON, a provider of document management systems and services.

Mo holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Software Engineering from the University of Toronto.

Todd brings over 13 years of sales and marketing experience to XPI, where he is responsible for building, training, and leading customer-facing groups such as client services and support, and sales. Todd is committed to promoting excellence in client service, and is known for his ability to foster strong team dynamics. He is credited with capturing significant market share for XPI, positioning the company strongly for the next stage of its growth.

Prior to joining XPI, Todd was a partner at Sutton Javelin Communications, a full-service North American marketing and communications firm. There, Todd played a key role in helping the firm expand its North American presence. He also oversaw all business development initiatives, managed the account teams, and spearheaded strategic communications efforts for companies such as Shaw, Magellan, Clublink, Canada Lands, Client Logic, Manitoba Telecom and Starchoice.

Todd holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from York University.
